How do I get a Bildungsgutschein?

Requirements:
- You are not working, or you have a Minijob
- You have lived in Germany for more than a year
- You have a university degree or a completed vocational qualification
- You have German at B1, with proof
- You are registered with the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter – or you are ready to register

Your steps:
- Book a call with our funding support team
- Get your Angebot (the course documents) from DWW Akademie
- Arrange a Termin with your Berater (your adviser at the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter)
- Prepare for the Termin with our team
- Submit the application at the Termin and wait for the decision

How much:

Funding share by number of employees:
- up to nine employees: up to 100%
- 10–249: up to 50%
- 250–2,499: up to 25%
- 2,500 and above: up to 15%

Your steps:
- Book a call with our funding support team
- Get your employer's agreement
- Request the documents from us and pass them to your employer – the employer files the application
- Wait for the decision on funding

How much:

Requirements – one of these:
- At least 15 years of contributions to the Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV)
- You receive an Erwerbsminderungsrente
- You have already had a Reha

Your steps:
- Book a call with our funding support team
- Get advice from the DRV by phone: 0800 1000 4800
- Collect your medical documents: certificates from your Hausarzt (family doctor), your Facharzt (specialist) or the Reha clinic
- Fill in and submit forms G0100 and G0130 / G0133 – online or at a DRV advice centre
- Name DWW Akademie as your Wunscheinrichtung (preferred provider). We give you the Kostenvoranschlag (cost estimate) and the course description
